Karleb:
No! They are to be played on the right hand while you play your baselines on the left hand.

Passing chords are to be used when you have a rest i.e instead of staying on a Chord when you have a rest simply use passing chord to move to the next main chord.
thanks got it.

It wouldn't be nice to block them. Besides, they're from NL and Keyboardists as well.

I wonder why some people prefer to observe this thread in Ghostmode.

Here is the first piece. It's not the complete version, I still need to add some parts to it. Some stiff keys didn't make it sound good.
I'll upload the other 3 pieces in the evening.

modal scales depend on degree.. So do-1 (major scale), re-2 (dorian), mi-3 (phygrian), fa-4 (lydian), so-5 (mixolydian), la-6 (aoelian), ti-7 (locrian)....

i am not sure u get me, if I am playing a C7 on my left hand I could play the C Dorian scale(which is basically playing the Bflat scale but starting and ending on keyC) or I could play the C blues scale. So my question is what other scale and chords work together?

NYC.. I will try these out
for the Dom7 the melodic minor is actually like the blues scale only difference is the absence of the flatted fifth.
