So what of if you unknowing become friends with someone your partner has slept with in the past, what would you do?

Part of knowing entails being open about past relationships and a whole lot more. If the couples have been open to each other during the dating phase, then the past would not matter anymore.

So you would expect a woman you are dating to list out the names and stats of all her past lovers and flings?!


I think the day you guys start dating officially is the day you should start taking into consideration.

I dated a girl once with a past that was quite weighty and when she told me, she was expecting me to leave her and was shocked that I didnt even react to it at all.. When we broke up, she kept attributing it to her past and I told her that I would never judge anybody based on their past as I do believe that young people make mistakes.. I left her because she didnt seem willing to plan a solid future like I was at that time.


I can date a Friends ex as long as I tell him first (not necessarily seeking his permission).
