Hello Good pple in the house and the wonderful e-family please can anyone give an idea of how to go about transmitting once passport incase of final request after aproval in a situation were the person is not available and far away from Lagos, but the passport is at Lagos. How does one go about such scenario, can a family member help to submit and retrieve the passport.

they are my mum's siblings and i have photo proof, though i was thinking
of using some one else, but that person is not directly related to me and
i have no photo proof of that one. But my uncle and aunt's S.O.A are not
available to me. Though they have promised to tender their property docs.

Humber college have shifted there resumption date for winter 2015 session from 5th January 2015 to 12th January 2015.....

You must not have photo proof before s/he can sponsor you. Compile wat u hv and list them here before submission, gurus will look into it.
