I think the best advice is that you should go to the hospital and complain about the symptoms and they will give you more advice about it and not quack doctors

I gerrit now. I think d op has nothing 2 worry about. Sometimes menses do come up during preggy. it's nothing really. My opinion thou.

Not menses. Menses, is heavy bleeding and lasts anytime from 3-7days...varies with females. Menses is regular and is normally consistent.

Spotting on the other hand is irregular, not heavy and can be dark brown or pinkish in colour.

Spotting could mean anything from being safe to being in "danger". It is always advised to visit a doctor to get checked though.
