VETASSES may assess your qualification equivalent to Australia's Bachelors but you need minimum of 4 years experience to get a total positive outcome. The 4 yrs would account for equivalent of degree in project administration. It is what ACS does, deduct years of experience from non-ICT degree people.

Go through VETASSES and ACS websites thoroughly, then choose what is best for you.

Corporate Services Manager, as assessed by VETASSESS, requires you to have at least 1yr experience doing the duties of a CSM (as described in the anzsco), if your degree is in a relevant field.......and at least 3yrs experience (as described in anzsco), if your degree is not in a relevant field.

SA has it on its nomination list for visa subclass 190, and on high availability.
Re: General Australian Visa Enquiries by kokobi99: 12:07pm On Nov 24, 2014
Thanks for your reply. I am skeptical as my degree is not relevant but has up to 3 years experience, as this occupation requires degree or higher and am afraid that my degree may be judged as associate degree as it happened to other people. Further advice is welcome please

Boss lady, I have done my medicals based on my Case Officer Instruction. We got a message on my immigration web page that medicals had been finalized for me and my dependents. Does it mean we are okay and our medicals have been cleared by the common wealth physician. I also mailed our Police Character Certificate and Polio clearance Certificate to the case officer. It was quite large over 9.2 Mega Byte but i did not get any auto reply or confirmation that the mail has been received. Is this normal ? After submitting all this documents how long does it take to hear from the case officer again or perhaps get a grant.

You can also upload the pcc and polio certificates to your immi account. You should have gotten an auto response acknowledgment mail if that was your first time mailing them. The email addys I sent mine too were 1)I replied to the team email the co's request came from 2) I sent to gsm.allocated@immi.gov.au and gsm.adelaide@immi.gov.au. I first of all sent to the team email the co's request came from, however I read in the auto response that that team email was no longer receiving mails and that allocated or adelaide should be used...and after sending to Adelaide, I got an auto response. If your co is from Brisbane, it will be gsm.brisbane@immi.gov.au. But as I said earlier, you should also upload it to your account.

As for medicals, mine said health has been finalised after it was uploaded by Fatayi Williams... but was still referred. I called them up 2 days after to confirm receipt of pcc and also to know status of meds. They confirmed receipt of pcc, but told me all our meds had been referred...but would clear in a week. Normally, graded A meds arent referred, except your meds are undertaken in some particular countries e.g Nigeria...also, this Ebola thing is making them extra careful. After a week, the meds cleared (if it had been referred because of a medical issue/graded b it would have taken at least 3 weeks)...I got to know of this when I called them 3 days before I was to clock 3 months. The dude I spoke to told me they had cleared...I hung up...30mins later, I got my grant. There have been many cases where people got their grants after calling, especially if they are nearing or past the 3 month timeline.

I would advise you wait till you till 10days after your meds were uploaded or you crossing or nearing the 3months timeline, to call them.

When did you lodge? When did you get a CO?

Oh thats true, I missed that part. Being equated to an associate degree is very possible, especially from a state school. My Bachelors was equated to an Aus Bachelors though. Did you finish with a first class? Do you have a masters degree?

i have crossed the three month threshold. My medicals were done on the 17th so i guess i should wait till Wednesday or Thursday before calling them. How long did you spend before reaching time on phone. I spent over 50 minutes of my airtime last week listening to the voice recorder and did not speak to the CO before my credit finish grin. I am not getting any reply from them even when i sent a message from my email without any attachment
