1. U downloaded the forms on ur phone right? any idea if we are still goin to use it since we are goin to print it out too

2. Did u fill the forms(medicals...) before printin or u'll do it after printin it out(filling it with pen/pencil) then photocopy it?

Na one form like that... You'll be given at the registration point to make photocopies... After filling.. And stamp... You will make photocopies, each page into 4 places...

It's not really a form, but it's a form with several pages, it includes sponsor's form, result... Etc
