I believe someone here can mail me and giv me an idea how to deal with such character.

Someone who believes the whole world is against her....believes imaginary people are stalking her, she even believes the MODs are collecting money to clean her ridiculous posts out.

Good Morning House

Please can someone tell me the truth . . . .am I being petty?

We are having a new kitchen done and I noticed that the worktop wasnt quite straight. You have to stand at a particular angle and really look hard to see it

My hubby didnt notice it, my son didnt notice it, the builder didnt notice it, the other one who cut the worktop didnt notice it and my neighbour who is also a builder who I called for a second opinion didnt notice it at first.

Anyway they put the spirit level on it and it was 0.5mm out

I have asked that they fix it. . . . which involves taking the worktops off, readjusting the base kitchen cupboards and putting the worktops back on without damaging the worktops or they buy 3 new worktops and it will take about a week to fix. Ive been without a kitchen for 3 weeks already and I am totally fed up of takeaways and dust everywhere.

What do you think? Am I being OTT?

I know that I can be petty when it comes to aesthetics and I have in the past asked a tiler to remove a whole wall of tiles becasue I felt that he tiled the flower pattern upside down. My husband was in that day and he hadnt noticed any flower being upside down
I have also told tailors off for sewing designs upside down.


My Hubby says do what will make you happy especially as its your kitchen and you will be the one spending more time in it than anyone else.
