A friend of mine travelled,,leaving his girlfriend of two years with his younger brother. He came back a week later and met only his brother at home.

After much enquiries his brother told him that he doesn't know what happened that she just left one morning and she was crying.

My friend hurried to her place and met her at home,,she was not looking cheerful either.
He questioned her and he was told that she was raped by his brother while he was away and that was why she left.

Now my friend is confused,,he doesn't know who to believe neither does he know the best action to take. He loves this girl so much and it's difficult to let her go. He had never suspected anything fishy going on between them,,everything seemed alright.

His younger brother is claiming innocent too and he's the only sibling he's got. My friend has been responsible for his school fees and upkeep for a long time now.

Your brother's defence is very weak, lacks credibility and not plausible and I tell you why: if she seduced him, she would not have left and I know somone will jump quickly to say she left as a cover up. She did not need to cover up, she could have stayed and would continue to seduce the willing jonny waka and ur bros would not have told u come rain come sunshine instead, will continue to chop and clean mouth. Secondly, and most important, if she seduced him and left, she would not discuss it with anybody not even her best friend. She left, stayed away from someone she seduced doesn't make common sense let alone a logical one. Third, ur bros would not have told u if u didn't ask, a guilty mind. Worst, he claimed he didn't know why she left when there was a forced affair, a clear and guilty mind again. If u watched his body language the first time u asked or confronted him, u would have clearly seen that there was no air of reality in his statement. He probably was incoherent trying to explain himself/situation. Ur girl was sexually assualted by someone she trusted and she did the right thing, bolted out q.e.d. This is a very dicey situation and whatever decision he wants to take should be considered carefully. Why will she leave her junior bro place if she had been the one who seduced him? Why didn't the brother told his big bro what had transpired, when asked, if indeed the girl seduced him like he alleged, why wait till he found out from his bae himself? This is where my suspicion lies and I am afraid my take will have to be narrowed along these questions.

Without sentiments and judging from a neutral view, if I am your friend, my first consideration will be that his woman was raped, until proven otherwise. Since he (the junior bro) said she was wearing sexy outfits at home, which of course is no excuse for rape, he must have got tempted and forced himself on her. Had it been she seduced him she would have little or no reason to leave the house afterwards, they would have most likely continue with the affair, for as usual one sexual encounter we all know leads to subsequent sex marathons. Someone is being economical with the truth and my take is his brother is not telling it all. If she wanted sex badly, her options will be seeking it from someone outside her bf family circle bearing in mind that such encounters will be counter-intuitive to her relationship with her boyfriend. Let his brother speak up, he has to.
