On couples living together when they ain't married I see nothing wrong in it, marriage is just a piece of paper and doesn't determine love and happiness, what matters is if they are happy with each other. In this case, it appears they are hence they share same home.

And I understand that you can't live with a guy without him putting a ring on it.
