How do u handle this kind of scenerio;

U hv a baby boy(I'm using a baby boy cos theirs is noticed early than gals)and as ur boy is growing, u noticed that his prick is not normal. Not like other little boys's own and u know that he will eventually grow to find out he is different.
As a parent, do u completely ignore and pretend u never saw such(guys always think parents don't know the shape of their pricks) and allow him deal with it or u reach out.
How do u reach out? At a younger/older age?
What's ur reason for not reaching out?
When reaching out, how do u go about it in all d age brackets u decide to reach out to him.

Now, if its a gal(some gals hv one boob visibly bigger than d other one when growing and it can be somehow undressing b4 fellow gals(my cous said they spied on one gal that usually bath at unusual hrs in school to discover she has 3 boobys. She and her friend has to apologise to d gal and kept d secret till they graduated)

I need an answer pls.

I insisted(she has started budding),she turned d other way. When I turned her to face me,she crutched her chest protectively. That was when I became suspicious and removed her hand. She started crying. It wasn't well positioned.
I only hugged her and told her she is ok but I can still see her face looking at me doubtfully. So how can one reach out to in this type of situation?
