I checked mine too this morning after a long while and I couldn't believe what I saw. Its like it was hit by tsunami. Its really bad that I can't even imagine pulling out now. The best I can do is to just start cherry picking in tranche. It can't go worse than this.

It may take months or years for these stocks to climb back to these highs. Its not always good to celebrate stocks plunging very low.

is like you want to run, you can still run now, the result will kill the market moral, thereby contributing in pushing the market down.

When truth is tell, people terms it as doom, when I foresaw what is coming, people called it doom, it is better to say the truth than to hold back the truth. A lot know about the truth but due to their selfish interest, seat on the truth. Nigeria 70% annual income depend on crude oil, United State of America is the highest purchaser of Nigeria oil, they purchase about 80% of Nigeria oil. You need no body to tell you that the following factors will lead to stock fall; (1) American stop buying Nigeria oil since June this year.( 2) Global oil price fall from $80 to $75 - 73$ - $63 heading to $40 per a barrel. (3) Foreign investors sell their share due to the fear of unknown of what general election will turn to. Pls did you need prophet to tell you that share price will reduce almost to zero, then what bring about the prophet of doom. I know the world hate the truth, but I love the truth and shall stand upon it.

And how does your write-up here correlate with the February/March market recovery you've been prophesying - overtly and covertly?

february/march the stock price will be at it lower price, one can enter and wait upon it recovery any month or year, it is better to buy at 50k and wait for the stock recovering, than to buy at #100 and lose #99.50k and wait for stock to recover, hope you understand.

#I guessed correctly grin

Mr Chibueze, how does the global crude oil price sermon in your earlier post correlate with the February/March recovery you passionately advocate? Do you imply that the USA will reverse their actions by Feb/Mar or that ALL stock prices will come to your prophesied junction or that foreign investors will have renewed interest in the Nigerian economy after the elections, irrespective of Nigeria-Global crude oil dynamics?

teacher answer most of questions and give assignment. There are about three factors responsible for market fall, one of them is fear of unknown of what 2015 general election will bring about, (many business men leave north eastern Nigeria to a safer location due to the activites of boko haram, and once the activities of boko haram stop you will see both old and new people going back there for business) once after general election, if peace return, you will see so many foreign investors both old and new coming back to the market. Then the percentage of market fall contributed by this factor will be solve. United State of America cease from buying Nigeria oil and global fall of oil price, as second and third factors, these two has their own contribution on market fall. Remember if price of company share reduces from #40 to #10, that each factors has it own contribution, and once one factor problem is solve, market will recover that percentage, therefore come next year, one out of these three factors will be solve. Assignment, (1) explain United state of America relationship with Nigeria this year, especially this time, compare it with that of last year. (2) what is America position to the economy of oil producing country, especially that of Africa.

Nwannem, see as your yeye full everywhere!

1.) You've merely lent credence to my cynicism regarding long posts and the monikers that author them. If you subscribe to the Holy Bible, kindly read Ecclesiastes 6:11...and ponder on those words.

2.) Having read your forecasts repeatedly (and alluded to them), I decided to engage your logical aptitude. Perhaps I forgot that pRoPhEcIeS have little or no logical relevance, but I can bet that anyone who has a SOUND mind and has followed the conversation between you and I in relation to your daily/periodic rants will agree with the maxim: Empty barrels make the loudest noise.

Chibuking81, I wish you well in your extensive independent market research. Happy investing in Feb/March...or whenever!

All we need now is for the China and other BRIC countries to announce higher Q4 growth figures which will then spur demand for oil. Forget the elections, if there is a rebound in oil price by January, back to 100dpb, fpi's will scramble to re enter Nigeria.
