I need someone to encourage me after realizing the various interviews I have lost ranging from consolidation brewery tax department , farm mart interview , first bank , Jumia , Airtel and some audit firms including the numerous test I have failed and passed. It seems village people are firing me balistic under sea nuclear warheads.

Don't be discouraged,am sure you would get your dream job soon.

Truth is, all those employers cannot be all wrong that you're not fit for the job. Compare what you did with what successful candidates did and there you'll find out what you need to improve on. The problem most times lies within, trust me, I've been there.

I am just laughing at this your post. I pray you never experience a spiritual siege. Trust me if the issue is spiritual ( and I am not saying everybody's problem is), then he will keep losing even jobs he is overqualified for on very flimsy and negligible reasons. I know someone who grad with a first class degree. He was job hunting for seven yrs until he decided to go spiritual out of acute frustration and desperation and he got a breakthrough.

If you are getting called for interviews, it means you will get a job soon. Don't give up and continue to pray to God for help. Let Him take the wheels..

Whether or not its spiritual..it never hurts to first eliminate the option that you might be doing something wrong.

My heart goes out to the OP, you and I are actually in the same shoes but I'm currently beefing up my interview skills which i believe will give a greater chance. God is also in the mix, cos those on their knees are likely to succeed. So I'm praying also. Negativity and loss of hope accomplishes nothing asides from hindering you further. Goodluck bro

I'm laughing more at you. Now you know the reason why India exports cars but Nigeria only exports religion, yet both got independence at the same time.

Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our minds.

Final thoughts: You hold the power to your own redemption, work on improving yourself and going the extra mile instead of blaming imaginary witches and wizards. Employment in most blue chip companies are based 90% on merit. Good luck!

I know sir because I am partially an entrepreneur but just having some flashback on some applications I have lost. I am doing something that doesn't relate to my field of accounting but I am of the view that the certificate cant just waste like that after spending sleepless night and burning candles to obtain 2.1.

A change in perspective will do the trick. You need to discover your true self and reclaim your lost personal power you have so willingly gifted to your village people. You will need to start taking responsibility and blame nobody not even GEJ, Nigeria economy, politicians, employers etc but your self.

Mental slavery indeed. I clearly wrote that not everyone's problem is spiritual. There is a Yoruba proverb that roughly says ''something is dropping, but only someone touched by d droplets will know''. I pray you never learn from your ignorance. Smh

grin cheesy bros..........

Sincerely, no village pple is after u......those dat are employed 2day, have u ever ask some of dem wat they went tru b4 getting the job? Not everyone of us has the smooth road getting job, it was easy for some while the other way round for others.
The most important thing during this process will be your inner state of mind, believe in ursef, learn from your failures and work on them, seem them as opportunity to better yourself....you not getting the job now doesnt mean u are not good for the job. Sometimes its jst luck (opportunity meet preparedness)
All u mention above are not even up to rejection mail some pple like me received while searching for jobs....from GE,CADBURY,FLOURMILLS,UNILEVER,NESTLE,STANDARD CHARTTERED,STANBIC,SHELL.........even some that i cant even remember, lost all in different interview stages and not to talk of all the test i didnt pass but when God said all my efforts will yield result, it was like a miracle.

just be prayerful, believe in yourself and let your mental state of mind be positive. Success will definitely be urs.
