@Anonymousmum. ... Thank God for you but I have warned everyone to avoid houston. Abi another thing dey there ni? Lol. Not sure atlanta and other poe i earlier recommended got time for all these examination and questions.

Oga Tvegas ur my neighbor o, I am in Sugar Land, next to Stafford...

Nothing dey there o, I had bought my ticket before all the horror stories started coming out, and I was not prepared to start re-routing again...Next time, I will choose wisely smiley

Houston has been good with friendly weather. We stay in an accommodation in stafford less than 40 dollars per night. To rent a small car with insurance for 2months is more than $3000.

Flowers how you dey? I guess you are in Sunsuite right? We are in Shadowbrooke apartments on dulles avenue. Make you and hubby come chop goat meat lol. But 3k for car rental in 2 months is too much haba. You can check www.enterprise.com and Avis for a cheaper offer. Their cheapest offer is $600 per month but we didn't end up using enterprise as we got a free car that we can use for now from an rccg pastor. We only have to do some repair and fix the insurance.

My advice for anybody considering houston on a tight budget is to book companies who offer accommodation, feeding and transportation all in one.Transportation cost on its own is not smiling. It may surpass your hospital bill if not well planned. We didn't use this option as we had a different arrangement.

Another Tip as regards communication is to get Ultra Mobile that seems to be the best deal for making international calls right now.

@Anonymousmum. .... Na enjoyment you dey o. We should hook up in Sugarland one of these days. We are visiting first colony malls pretty soon.

@ Damsell. ......Sorry dear but at least you don born americana baby now. Don't worry just look at the better side of things and enjoy the holiday. United no try at all.

@Jay6.....I was told there is an average of 15 mothers meeting fagbohun per day. I hope they can locate each other. This place is the new MIHS. God bless our hustles. Lol.

Hi Shakidude,

How are you and baby?

I am trying to remember exactly where you have the issue....I know scheduling appointments often give issues until I realized that once an email is on record, the website starts misbehaving so I just changed emails. If you are using Internet Explorere, you may also try Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

H
I do not understand the part about mistake with GTB payment and Abuja drop off though.

Hello Happytbaby. Thank for the reply. Baby is doing great. 6months now. How is ur LO tooM may God bless them all.

Well, u're absolutely right. It's because they have my profile in their system. The last time I renewed, I had d same problem and then used husbands email but now it just keeps recognising me when I enter passport details and DOB. I opened another email but it still didn't work. I've contacted them 3 times and they are working on my profile.

@Tvegas: na vex my husband take come back from the car rental companies. Pretty the same price because they charge about $21 daily for insurance apart from the price of the car.
We are not on Dulles avenue. smiley. Hope to see you in church on Sunday what time is the service?

I can't remember the page number for you to read but check these hospitals

Gwinnett Medical centre

You can google them and call. I don't have my little memo pad with me where I wrote down costs and details.

Must it be Del sol medical centre or doctoresparati letter? Even after they have told you that the embassy people MIGHT OR MIGHT NOT accept their letter. I had told you on an earlier post, and i will tell you again . Get in touch with another doctor e.g. Dr Fagbohun or some other doctor that accepts email appointment booking, send them an email that you want to come to the us to give birth, they will reply you with an email telling you that they are willing to accept you and they will also attach the breakdown of their bills on the email, all this is free o,you no go pay any kobo.,most doctors will not charge you for this. You can use this as burden of proof for your visa application and at POE. Once you enter America ,you can then go the El paso route or even decide to have your baby in Alaska,na u sabi,no body will stress you on that, the koko is to enter yakee 1st. I hope i have answered your question.
I can give you like two doctors in Texas that would respond to your email , send me a pm if you need it or search this thread,i know ppl have had this same problem, even me too had the same issue, that is why i can advice you properlly.

General House,
Especially mums who had C-sections(emergency or planned), I need to ask a question that has been plaguing me for the longest but must now ask.
I see that when people give fee breakdown they state Dr's, Hospital's(which is always costlier than regular vag delivery) and still go on to list epidural/anaesthetic as a seperate payment, call me *slow*but is it possible to go through a c-section/surgery in an unmedicated state?.

NO dear, its NOT possible to have a CS without anaesthetic, dats suicide mission. You know how painful a minor knife cut is when slicing e.g orange; then imagine the pain of slicing thru ur stomach and womb. No hospital would try such, not even a slaughter house.

I landed safely in houston, Port of entry was so easy no documemt asked , they only asked where my hubby n i worked n how much I had on me which was 6k dollars n my credit card, he only looked at the cash but didn't count.
God was wt me all the way. My advise will be stay positive n put all in place dn leave the rest to God Almighty.
