Just a heads up though. When next you want to vent or brag or talk about your personal life, create a thread for it and invite your homies to do private chat with you on it.

It is not an Igbo thing but I think the misconception has to do with the decline in its use among Yoruba.

It is also very medicinal.

Efo riro is basically any leafy vegetable stirred in sauce. You can have up to ten or more in one pot of efo riro
