Madara's story was not false.

If I can recollect, madara had Hashirama's cells by the time he released White Zetsu from Gedo Mazou. The infinite genjutsu also uses wood somehow. What I can infer is this.

1.White Zetsu were probably trapped in Gedo Mazou using the Sage's Body power ( the power the Senju had) and can only be released by such power.

2. Of all Senju, Hashirama seemed to have the highest amount of power, save Naruto of cos.

3. Since its by that power( the Sage's power) that the White Zetsu can come out, its possible that the physical manifestation of such beings will be in the cells of the Senju ( Since the Senju carries the 'body' power of the Sage). Hashirama uses mokuton, so if release of white Zetsu equals to Use of Hashirama's cells and the power therein, the Zetsu which is 'clothed' in his cells can utilize Mokuton ( like Yamato and Obito).

let me explain......kaguya ate d fruit of the sacred tree and had chakara and was feared all over the world that time ppl fought with only swords and knives there was nothing spectular about their fights but when she gave birth her 2 sons had chakara and that was lyk millions of years ago and the sons had children with chakara this continued from generations 2 generations......so all ninjas come from her.....there are some ppl in naruto who don't have chakara and are normal these ppl did nt come from her that's why

I think the tree and Kaguya had the same understanding, probably she will be collecting the chakra from the tree.


Despite the different stories about the tree, some things are clear.

Kaguya, who took the chakra fruit, had about the same mind as the tree itself.

Both the tree and Kaguya had power to hypnotize(genjustu) and the ability to draw chakra.

Despite the use of rinnegan to draw chakra, it seems that mokuton was the strongest form of 'chakra devouring' ( check out yamato and hashirama).

Then it also seems that such power also have the ability to give life ( and maybe chakra)

Following black zetsu's explanation, its possible that the white zetsus were creatures ( cos we don't know where Kaguya comes from) killed by absorbing their chakra and that the same ability can be used to create new beings, hence the zetsu. Less we forget, they are weaker and unable to use jutsus apart from simple mokuton jutsus ( as opposed to humans).

This can proved useful in reasoning out what happened.

The Sage did teach others ninjutsu ( then Ninshu) so there are strong possibilities that other people apart from Kaguya's kids and their descendants were ninjas, only that Kaguya's descendants were the strongest.
