Yes it's the best option but real broadband services are not readily available in Naija, many are called broadband but the speed and connection is far from it.

OP explore etisalat as told earlier and try using whatsapp voice note a few times if you want to reduce the fone bills

If you did economics in secondary school, u should know about the law of diminishing returns...equate it to ur present predicament...nd access what the output might look like in the nearest future..rather than spend such amount on a girl who will still break ur h@ tomorrow..i do advice yu to use that money and get ur self some good books...like the 48 laws of power and the act of seduction..this books will educate u more on how to handle any kind of relationship, women and other life events wisely!
