The hospital assigned one cos we didn't have any preference. That zero balance ain't as straight forward as I thought, they take their time in that country, wifey is on it though.

Thanks. Here's a summary of my expenses. Dr Huynh has a flat fee for all her services( CS n vag).

Dr's fee: 2000$
Ultrasound : 250$
Lab work: 180$
Circumcision : 255$
Hospital fee: 2500$
Blood tests for baby: 298$
Paediatrician: 315$ ( including the follow up visit after discharge).

What a great forum I must say. Thanks to all who has taken out time to contribute.its really helpful. I got my visa last year April and I travelled in August that same year. Had in mind of traveling again this January but had to cancel the trip when I discovered I was some months gone. I intend to make good use of my visa by putting to birth in the U.S. so far I ve narrow down to Phoenix and El Paso from the contributions here . But if I can get a good deal in Boston since that's where I have people I will be very happy. Please can someone recommend any btw the range of 6000 and 6500 .thanks

hospital is oakbend in Richmond and there fee is 2300 for VD.

Boston is a very expensive place. I am not sure if you can get anything within that range. Anyway, you can keep trying, but not sure. All the best.

I simply assumed that the home birth will be more expensive that's y I didn't pit it to consideration. I need ur quick response on the info of the woman..
