You saw a beautiful girl, you like her. You fought tirelessly to win her heart. You wake up in the middle of the night to text her messages. You swore you love her. You call her pet names. You adore all her imperfections. You love whatever she puts on. You spend all time with her without complaining. You clean her face and wipe her tears. You gently won her heart. You made her believe in you. She came to trust you. You assured her that you will always be there for her. You gave her hope. She believed you are different. She believes she has found love again. She threw her pride away. She forgot that value she attached to herself. She has refused everyone that competes with you for her. You could now hold her phone all day long. She now tells everyone that care to hear that she has found Him at last. And now, you are thinking of how best to break up with her. You begin to avoid her. Her presence now choke you up. Her voice now irritates you. She is now cheap to you. You yelled at her over little issues. You now clearly see where she had stretch marks. You now see that her English is filled with blunders. She is suddenly from a poor background and she is not your class. Remember this... Every act on earth has pay back. And the payback always comes in the right proportion. Just like dettol advert will say " this message is from the Nigeria Medical Association" My dear there is hardly true love in most relationships in Nigeria. Once the guy get what he want the love automatically fades. |

I just had to leave a comment here. Despite.... Giving your all (100%), loosing your sense of pride to the wrong man is worse than Boko Haram itself. But I believe there are good men out there. Thoughtful ones. Men who are capable of Loving I know one of them  What the original poster talked about, I have witnessed too. I've been contemplating opening a thread to ask guys why they're generally that way. Contrary to popular belief, there are still good men and women among us. People who love without reservation, who understand sacrifice, who are epitomes of selflessness. I think, we need to re-adjust our definition of love. Breaking up with someone is not a crime. Especially if the reasons are genuine. Its better to breakup with someone you no longer love than to keep on tolerating that person because you are afraid of hurting his or her feelings. All this BS about karma does not hold water, In this scenario. That is the more reason why it is important you carry your brain along when trying to make the decision whether to toast her or not to. When a guy break up with me, I don't see it as anything..... . I have only experience heart break just once. Most ladies put so much hope on a guy and thinks their life revolves around them...and this will automatically cause them heartbreak Ladies, learn not to put all your trust in a man, cos once a man break that trust that bonds you together you will definitely feel heartbreak. ireneony: I use to brag around in my early twenties just like u sounded here bt deep in my hrt i knew i was lying to myself. No matter how hard u think u r. When u dnt feel little bitterness in u when u r dumped mark my words it actually means u never ever loved that individual. I feel hurt wen i am dumped but i cant just come out nw and say i didnt feel hurt. It actually means i never loved that person.
