has the PayG totally stopped working or the speed reduced??

u guys i realy nid a way to use dis payg without calculating the stupid 55mins, any time am usin it, i always time it and anytime i forget dey always zap al my money...pls i nid an easier way....realy enjoyin d stuff sha, i knw dis stuff late but under i week i used abou 45gb...downloaded games fr my pc and other things...realy nid a way to use it to maximum use....please a helpful guide wud b much apreciatd..tanx guys

It has been decommissioned, new etisalat users cant opt in or those who opted out can't opt back in again so far....but as for those who are still in the payg services, i think they're now complaining of a drop in connection speed.
