Solve problems with them, not for them. 5. If you don’t understand what they are saying, ask them questions. 6. Offer feedback that says you understand what they are telling you. 7. Be compassionate as you listen. 8. Resist laughing or mocking them in what they have to say. 9. Offer them advice with humility. 10. Use facial expressions and body language so that they know you’re really hearing them. 11. Always let them express themselves to harness their full potential. 12. Sadly i have to agree with everything you wrote. It makes sense. And since i believe in the law of reciprocity, it will be fair if the same principles is applied by the females towards the men too. |
