Anyway, humans are better than this. Only dogs, cats, and cows need their tongues to bond with their offspring.

I would still say the same thing, no matter which gender of parent or child is involved.

The child obviously cannot have sexual intentions. If the parents doesn't either, nothing is wrong with this.
