sometimes is not that easy for most guys and even some ladies.recently I choose to keep a friend which he confess to me that he always wanted to get close but my influence couldn't allowed him.I like him as a friend but his too soft n all I need do is to distance myself coz he always want us to be together

Yes its possible but at the end of d day luv tends to build up n it can be one-sided. I hv a guy as a best friend n we hv been friends fr 12yrs. He is so in love wt me dt ppl evn call my attention to it caus I fail to notice it, bt I dnt tink I can ever date him cos we wud lose d love n respect we have fr each other. I believe that bfs/gfs cum n go bt friends are forever.

I can be "just friends" with a lady, i really have n problem at all with that, but the truth, we must have something we mutually benefit from urselves (either financially, job wise, morally or itellectually) we must n should have something that brings us together.... that aside I can't (why? Be cos a lady's relationship with a guy, is almost always parasitic, n I don't think, anybody will enjoy that)

girls deeds can put an end to the world even God is not ready to put an end to it tho we guys too have ours but not up to theirs [girls]. I will like to stop here , i respect girls and i will forever be. Girls can never pull a surprise and i don't play their game either.

Very very possible! When you treat your friends like brothers and sisters then it's very possible. I have a couple of friends like that and I won't trade their friendship for trial and error!

I blv they can be friends or do you date every single person you meet or are all your friends of the same sex?

My best friend is a guy and I have never had any feelings for him I see him as family and we are both really close, I've known him for a very long time and we've never been anything but friends so Its possible, and apart from him I'm close to many guys and sure maybe some wanna date me but they quickly back off cause I have a bf I'm committed to and I turn them down in a friendly manner and we go back to being buddies.

That's where sacrifice and compromise comes in. I believe that's what friendship is all about. When you care about his happiness letting go won't be a problem.

If one of the two develops feelings, that 'friendship' is effectively over and it's best you go your separate ways.

Between wanting the other as a friend vs wanting more, wanting more is the greater reality. The truth has a way of coming to the surface, and when that happens (and it will), someone will get hurt.
