What has he not done to reach outhuhhuh? Looool - you build al'majiri schools and call them Abo-ki. You ignore as whole communities die and ask "Where is Gwoza sef?" Your idiotic fat windbag Dokubo calls their Emirs "Dogs" because he knows those "dog Emirs" are the most respected people to the same Abokis, just to mock their culture and institutions

But he wants them to vote for him and you say he has done everything for them?

Sad that you guys are waking up days to the elections - Yorubas have been called cowards enough and want to see dokubo come destroy their lands and call them Awusa slaves to their face. Hausas want you to know that they may not be able to stop you from calling them parasites but parasites still have PVCs. and sadly, the reasoning SE populace are tired of fresh air that stinks and are NOT collecting PVCs

It was cool to use division to bully past non-performance. But reasonable people kept telling you to pressure the man - If you guys had put fire under him, your 2nd Niger Bridge would be up. Many roads would have been good in the SE. If you had insisted he deal with BH at the beginning, Nigeria would be safe today. All we needed to do was insist COLLECTIVELY that he does what he promised to do

But you always gave him a way out - you turned everything to abuse, insult and he enjoyed it and thought it profited him. Now he sees light and says "rebasing the economy and trains" are his legacy BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T ALLOW HIM PERFORM

I always hear the saying "esu e kin wo bata (devil wears no shoe)", and i always gulfed by the thought "how did these people come to know this? Had any one of them ever crossed path with devil and saw his true being as the being who wears no shoe? But i found no answer to these questions. After many years of thoughts about the saying, a man surfaced as the one who had no shoe, the one who truely knows and understood the mind of the needy because he was once in the state and he begged for our votes to get the presidential seat for him. Less than four years later, i got answer to the question my mind was curious to get...and i really understood and affirmed to the saying that truely "devil wears no shoe"

Absolute nonsense! Not much different from the first post I quoted. Jonathan isn't in control of what his supporters write on social media, Buhari's supporters have also called people on the other side disgusting names repeatedly but people like you would always turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to it.
Talking about dealing with boko haram from the beginning, who was crying genocide when the were being dealt with at the beginning? Who were the people threatening to drag Jonathan and his COAS to International Criminal Court for Killing Boko haram members? Who was insisting that Boko haram members be pampered like ND militants instead of killed?
How dare you now turn around to accuse others of preventing Jonathan from dealing with Boko haram?
Pure crap

who are the people surrounding Buhari? power hungry goons waiting to pounce on the national treasury. How can Buhari help Nigeria with the price of crude oil bellow $50 per barrel? I weep for people supporting him. I want to see his plans for fuel subsidy
he can help Nigeria even with the dwindling oil price. Austerity measures will be taken and strategies to help diversify the economy will be unleashed. Nothing is impossible. The aspect of change that probably shakes you up the most is that it introduces unknown factors. It can be a bit discombobulating to not know what could be coming your way. Still, the unknown aspect of change must be acknowledged. We should give them a chance and see what they are willing to bring to the table.

Nigeria cannot afford to wait another 4years to try our luck. We need to see their plans before we vote them. Corruption is not the only problem in this country, besides, this is not the military era of slave/master regime where workers who turn up late for work can be flogged.

The amount of emotion in your post shows how bitter truth is and reflects how clearly you understood my point. Hope you have stopped seeing red now....

Just learnt APC office in Rivers has been bombed. E dey really show how Modu Sheriff's boys is in cahoots with PDP to destabilize Nigeria - the bomb masters now don't want elections in Rivers seeing as even the center isn't holding no more

How did you come to the conclusion that Buhari cannot effect the chnage that we want? Why not look at the people surrounding him and that will give you a clue of the likely people that his cabinet would be made up of. I believe APC should be given a chance. Buhari, Osibanjo, Fashola, Rochas, Ameachi, Oby, Oshiomole etc will make a great team. What do you think?
Well, you have a point. But they say u can judge a man by his past deeds. Buhari has no credible past when he was Commander in Chief. #My opinion still#

I detest lies and ignorant diatribes. Why not address the post and the questions raised.
APC Rivers office being bombed can only be the same thing as the staged Buhari's entourage bomb attack in Kaduna for the purpose of gaining sympathy.

I agree with you. The evil that men do live after them. But one thing you cannot take away from him is his stance against corruption. I have this feeling that Buhari will not run a corrupt government. I believe the duo (Buhari and Osinbajo) will make a great team as it's already evident in their campaign strategy.

Neither can Nigeria afford another four years of corruption, waste, insecurity, epileptic power supply etc under the pdp-led government. The natural thing to do if we are fed up with their failures, is to give another party a chance and see what they have to offer. I think they have been communicating their plans to us. Try and follow their campaigns. You can watch most of them on youtube. Buhari has assured us that he will run an accountable government and corruption will not be condone (even APC members will not be spared). I'm pretty sure Buhari knows that we are in a democratic dispensation and I have no doubt that he will adjust. APC knows what lies ahead of them if they fail the people after bringing them to power with their votes. They will be forced to deliver and would want to prove that they are different from PDP. Osinbajo has also unveil their plans on how they will tackle insecurity. Economic wise...I dont know their plans yet but lets watch as things unfold.
Re: Feb Poll: Emirs Rebuff Pro-jonathan Lobby by gentleasia(m): 12:47pm On Jan 11, 2015
Goodluck Jonathan is a good man as
a person, his simplicity and
gentleman ness is second to none.
*He has given us his very BEST over
the last 6 years. I mean, what else are
we asking for?
*He has granted Alameisiya 'STATE
PARDON' and my guy is now running
for Senate.
*He allowed Fayose to disrupt a court
session and beat up a judge, while he
walks freely. I wonder if Nigeria is
sane. *He locked up the
house of rep from the entrance of the
CONSTITUTIONAL speaker of that
house.
*7 law makers impeached a speaker
in Ekiti in a house of about 26 men,
and nothing happened.
*16 was suddenly greater than 19 in
base 10, just to cancel the one-term
agreement he signed with the
NIGERIA Governors' Forum and all
Nigerians in 2011.
*Subsidy has been removed and the
standards in our hospitals have
reduced with time.
*$20 billion is missing and minister
of Petroleum eats and dines with the
prexy. *Another BIGGER & BOLDER
subsidy is scheduled for 1st of June,
2015 and you may have to sell your
laptop charger before you can buy
fuel to charge that same laptop!!!
* Earlier this year, over 22 innocent
Nigerians were killed in the job scam
organized by the Nigerian
Immigration Service(NIS) . The
Minister of Interior, Abba Moro, told
us the job interrwas "simply
mismanaged" and he has retained
his office and even with extra
luggage.
*1 Naira used to be equal $1.2 under
‪#‎GMB‬ but now it's #186.5 to just $1,
the worst ever in our history.
* Madam Gele, Ngozi Okonjo, just told
us we need an extra $5 billion,
through debts of course, so that our
economy will not collapse like
Humpty-Dumpty.
*While Benue State University was on
an unending internal strike killing the
future of poor Nigerians,
Senator DAVID MARK (son of the soil)
built his own PRIVATE UNIVERSITY,
of course with tax
payers' money, and my gentle
president followed him to launch the
school shamelessly.
*He has spent all money in the
treasury and even had to BORROW an
extra $1 billion but ‪#‎BokoHaram‬
keeps getting more equipped than
our military.
*Over 200 girls are missing, over
15,000 killed by #BokoHaram , over 6
million displaced from their homes
and uncountable injured beyond
repairs yet my president went to a
meeting in ‪#‎KENYA‬ with 7 different
PRIVATE JETS.. *clears throat...
* # PHCN is giving their loyal
customers GENERATORS as gifts for
paying their # electricity bills on
time..Grab your COPY NOW!!! .
That's less than 1% of the reasons we
need to dance to a new SHOKI, this
AWILO is no more wulo for us. Cheers
to an unstoppable change..

That is the problem I have with many PDP supporters here.

Many of them refer to Northern Muslims by uncomplimentary names....and yet...they cannot win this election without getting votes from them in substantial numbers.

Obama was not liked by conservative white christians....and he too did not like them. Yet...when running for president in 2008....he stilll reached out to them....because he knew that he had to get votes from them.

Likewise, Mitt Romney campaigned among blacks in 2012...even though he knew they would not vote for him...but he still tried.

In this democracy....we have to get rid of tribal and religious bigotry. That goes for all of us.

How old are you by the way? If you are not up to 40 yrs old, u have no right to judge Buhari based on hearsays. I was still in Primary school when Buhari was president. Then, the economy was better. Buhari had zero tolerance for corruption. I witnessed irresponsible people who were peeing in public places being dealt with by soldiers. Inshort, then before you do anything you think twice wether you're breaking the law. There was this term Buhari coined during his reign " War against Indiscipline" (WAI). There was decorum everywhere. I remember in school, Buhari provided free meals for students for two particular feasts which I have forgotten. That man tried in the short 2 years he was in power.

What exactly is your point Mr? is Jonathan Goodluck not reaching out to the core North? is his vice president not from that region? look at his cabinet and tell me he is ignoring the muslims. You gave an example that is totally irrelevant because he has never sidelined that region. The mere fact that the Emirs chose to be neutral even when his major opponent is from their region speaks volume. please get your facts right
Collynzo9:
Comparing the actions of Obama and Romney with the actions of Jonathan's supporters eh? How convenient.
What has Jonathan not done to reach out to northerners? While you are at it feel free to tell us the war of words and name callings that was going on between Obama's supporters and his opponents' on social media during his campaign.
I hate when people like you distort facts just to misinform and deceive the gullible.
SMH
And it does not help when PDP supporters here call Northerners names such as ''Jihadis,'' ETC.

You are in a game where you have to attract voters. It is better to speak nicely at all times....even if your opponents call you names...because if you join them in the name to name calling...you would end up sounding like them....and even confirming their worst suspicions.

The ball is in your court. Note that my previous comment does not mean I am blind to comments from the other side....hence the final words in my original statement.
