It is easy to develop a crush on a co-worker as you both
inevitably spend the greater part of the working day
together. Sooner or later, you would find someone with
whom you share common interests. Before you know it, it
leads to sharing a few social moments together and if it all
goes well, a relationship in place. Now some work out
eventually but some end disastrously, often leading to one
person leaving the company for the other. This is simply
because they can’t stand each other.

Advantages:

-It encourages you to work harder as the one you love is by your side.
- It strengthens the romance as you see each other on a day-to-day basis.
- It serves as "checks and balances" to cheating and all that stuff.
- It could lead to marriage.

Disadvantages
- The gossips.
- Those "bad belle" people will try to pour "sand sand" in your garri/relationship.
- You could also ignore your work because your hearthrob is around.
- Break-ups are the worst! Especially as you'll still see each other everyday.
- Either of you may get overly possessive as you see other co-workers flock around you.
- The spark may die in the relationship; seeing each other all day and stuff.
