I just made this Vegetable(Ugu) leaf soup with dried chicken. Recipe. Vegetable(Ugu) 3 Fresh pepper 1 Fresh tomatoes 1 Onions Garlic n Ginger Seasoning(Onga chicken) Groundnut oil Salt & Water Method Dice the tomatoes, pepper and onions. Soak the dried chicken in hot water and reboil with salt and little water. Fry d diced ingredient. Add d chicken and its water...add seasoning and add till Vegetable.....leave for some minutes and serve with Honeywell Wheatmeal 5 Likes
