Is that your justification for such barbaric act? If I were the president, I would pass a law that would see perpetrators of this kind of thing hanged by the neck till they are confirmed dead. Such cruelty to a man cannot be equated. Even government don't execute people in such a barbaric way. If you set someone ablaze as a government, the government leader would be ousted and tried by international court for crimes against humanity.
