Some Nigerians are jus ungrateful

Ungrateful that what, our life and common plight has not improved and someone keeps trying to convince us it has.

Many Nigerians know where the shoe is pinching them so no need to tell them of gratitude.
It's GEJ who is ungrateful after we all gave the shoeless fisherman a run away victory in 2011 he rewarded us with an evil new years ptms price increase , 200 of our girls are still missing and many of our compatriots dead from BH.

We kept our side of the deal he didn't

Hmmm... dont disgrace your education and the money spent to send you to some school somewhere please:

Who was President, since 2009, when Yar Ardua died, till election was held again in 2011? ............Jonathan (2years)

Who was President since 2011, till date (2015)..... Jonathan (4years)

Now, l cant vouch for your level or quality of education but my 4yr year old just used her fingers to count:

2 + 4 = 6

So Bros, she asked me to tell you that 2 + 4 yrs of Jonathan = 6years as President.

Lastpage!

Umaru Yaradua died on the 5th of May 2010 slow poke.

Lastpage, show us your certificate!

For Prof. Osinbajo not to be able to calculate how long Jonathan has been in power, he has to present his First School Leaving Certificate.

Jonathan has been in power for 4 years and 9 months as president and 3 months as acting president.

Maybe you need to present your certificate too or do you need reading aid?! He never mentioned Jonathan, he said government.

That's how you people fail exams with ITK.

He is still wrong cos the present government has been I power only since 2011.

If you are making reference to Yaradua/Jonathan govt, then I'm sorry you have to show your certificate as well cos that government took over power in 2007 making it 8 years this year.

Shurlermoz show your certificate!

This is the thinking of a VILLAGE MAN. Grateful to a government?. When you pay taxes and they are controlling resources God gave to the country. Only in Africa are we grateful. In the advanced world people are grateful to be given the opportunity to serve.

That's a wrong statement, In every climes govt advertise their achievements for people to see and understand that's why USA spends much on advertisement during election campaign

Are you serious? A typical USA campaign incumbent ad is about what more they are going to do and not what they've done. Even if they refer to their successes it'll just be to show proof that they can handle more and those references will be those that has had a direct impact on American lives. The point here is those achievements should speak for themselves.

If the GEJ govt didn't tell me about trains I won't know about it because I haven't see any evidence on ground, I've only seen pictures online.
If the GEJ govt didn't advertise that they renovated MMA I won't have known because there's no evidence any major renovations has taken place there especially with amount of money they claim to have spent
If GEJ govt didn't talk about creating over a million jobs I won't know because I don't know those that are getting those jobs. Most jobs that are available are very low income jobs and not graduate level jobs
If GEJ didn't talk about his universities I won't know because I don't know anyone that goes there or wants to go there.

These are all achievements that we should be able to feel, see, touch not achievements that only exists on screens and papers.

If Obama advertises millions of jobs and Americans can't see that change, the attack on him will be crazy

Some so called nigerians sit in their houses or stay within their neighbourhood with their certificate without making an effort that can fetch them jobs.

I met a young man who finished school and spent time online looking for job and sending his CV now he is living big and happily marriage.

He never waited for GEJ as some of us do and at the end blame him for our unemployment.

Keep waiting don't go out and see the opportunities GEJ's administration has made available for Nigerians

Manner is no longer falling from heaven it's already here with us.

I know some nigerians will still comment blindly.

Very correct, the works would speak for themselves, it's so annoying seeing sponsored programs on national TV showing what the state or federal government is doing, such works are visible

[size=20pt]you only have to open your eyes to see that GEJ is doing and has done GOOD work. if you choose to close your eyes to gejs achievements but rather use them to look at an illitrate islamist terrorist as the alternative/change you are in trouble alone. you will do your concience and Nigeria good by appreciating the tangible effort and milestones of a good man although you will say GEJ is bad

in 2012 election, Obama had to advertise everything his govt has achieved including killing bin-laden and taking out the al-qaeda leadership (YOU would think it's too obvious not to notice) but he did advertize it all bc he knows that people need to be reminded. people need to be reminded how things were.

by 2012 people were upset that the US economy wasn't as robust as they thought it should be, they had forgotten that when Obama took office they were loosing 500,000 jobs every month, but by 2012 they were angry that they were only gaining about 80,000 jobs monthly

Government do not need to advertise thier achievements but that can only hapen in a sane country were people judge rationaly and not sentimentaly.. But in a case like Nigeria were people even forget so easily that they were poor before they became wealthy or rich you will need to advertise to remind them that they were poor before now. A true Nigerian need to be remindend that our roads were death traps, a true Nigerian need to be reminded that any child of the age of 16years old had not traveled by rail from 1 state to another in Nigeria before now, a true Nigerian need to be reminded that some states including my state had no federal University before now, a true Nigerian need to be reminded that the almajiris were left to to fend for themselves by their families not to even imagine going to school and many more which I may not remember until I am being reminded as a true Nigerian..... I have watch several adverts of governors like Rochas Owelle Okoroacha, Rotimi Chibuike Ameachi, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso just to mention a few so its a normal thing in politics.....(my own take) unless you are new in it
