The bride price has become a long long tradition right from the stone age whr a suitor is demanded to pay a specified amount of money to d bride's family as a symbol of ownership be it in money form or otherwise. In many countries, this tradition is still being practiced except for a few such as india whereby its d bride dat will pay the dowry to d groom's family. Now suPposing this happend in nigeria, what would u think will happen to d fate of two lovers? Who would suffer most from this tradition, d man or d wife to be?
