I answered, he asked if I will like to be his friend( deep down in my heart I was like, see this old cargo oh wetin him want sef) then I gave him an abrupt answer "yes" I felt he would do the needful and let me go but the next thing I heard was " can I have your nums" (for my mind I shout say Kai! e don set for me oh) God so bless I wasn't with my phone, this was what I had tried hard to avoid for the past 3yrs I had been in skul. I almost lied that I don't have a phone but had a second thought,so I gave him a wrong nums,that wasn't okay for the mugu oh he signed the course forms thereafter he stretched his hands to touch my breast* shy* I had no option than to slap his hand so hard. I stood up and left his office, he kept shouting "we will talk on phone"

the problem now is :should I keep it to myself or let the school authority know about it? I will sincerely appreciate your opinions.

may God bless u richly for this piece of wisdom. In any govt owned higher institution in naija, the Bursar is a god, feared almost as much as the Rector or the VC. He is a principal officer with offical vehicles, security details and other paraphenalia of office. he can never be be-littled to the extent of signing course forms of miserable students.

I work in a bursary and even I myself is way above attending to mere students not withstanding that i am very very much below the rank of a Bursar.

students sometimes have dis stupid habit of referring to anyone, even the security man they meet in the bursary building, as the Bursar. It happens often in my organisation.
The bursary messenger who sits in the bursars file room and receives memo from staff and students was often mistaken for the bursar by most students. such was their level of ignorance.

Dont bother yourself, let it slide. Your word against his. He'll most certainly deny it as thers no hard proof to that effect. This kinda thing has been happening time immemorial....

You went to sign a course form with a bursar Do you know that a bursar is a principal officer in a university together with the librarian,DVC,registrar and the VC. You as a student may not see him for up to 3 times befor you graduate.
Maybe you were just harassed by one account officer like that or you are a student in one mushroom college of education or a private university.

My experience with reporting a lecturer was very grave. So don't try that. These people like protecting themselves like anything unless you have a video and voice evidence

Yep I am mr doubter, and I am glad u ain't a moderator. in my skul a space is being provided below every course form for the bursar's signature to be appended. I ain't forcing u to believe my story, they are people who believe and are ready to be of help. tanx
