Hello All, I just got off the phone with Philips consulting and i was informed that a lot of successful candidates have not been sent success sms and this will be sent within 2 weeks, i went on to inquire about the mail which was supposed to be sent to candidates for details on interview and the operator's response was that the mail will also be sent within two weeks.

This information is misleading. If you cursorily glanced at the 2011 thread you'd have seen that the invites came in batches depending on dates and discipline. There are no new SMSs to be sent. I know you mean well but you are selling some people on false hope. If per adventure, someone had lost his/her number(s)that was used to apply for this job, then he/she should be looking forward to seeing the email invites for the Interview when it will be sent. It doesn't mean that PCL are still sending texts. They didn't send any more texts post-18th.

pls is there still hope for those dat ve nt received SMS msg? because is like wot I noticed, they invite more of trainee operators(ND n HND) than graduate trainee. virtually all my friend wt ND n HND holder received d SMS, but none of my friend wt b.sc holder was invited.

My honest conclusion is that PC have proven to be unorganised with the way this stuff is being handled.
I have not gotten any sms. I wish I could know my score sha, because the test was not really difficult!

PC does not run a telecom company, they ar just HR firm. If sms they sent could'nt get to prospects then its not really there fault and the sms were detail enough. U dont expect the main iv to come via sms. You need to understand the millions of ppl that applied for this job and the logistics involved. I think they tried during the test as everything was well placed atleast for my center. Can u say same for the last immigration test organized by federal body?
Am sure PC must hav discovered that some sms might not hav goten to some recipient which is why they extend the initial distribution period.
The postmail PC sent via courier companies, if those mails dont get to u, its not PC fault but rather failed man power by those couriers. Yet PC accomodated all those that did not get d hard copy invitation....like me.

Dont loos hope bro.... Naija has no proper plan for emergencies, how do u expect otherwise.

i surely hope so. However, just looking at modalities for past recruitment (2011).
