Everybody that orders gets their bale. Even the lady complaining got her bale and posted pictures but wasnt happy with what she got. I have opened a bottle of star before and drank it to find out it was expired. I have not taken anyones money before and dissapeared and I didnt run away from the fact that one of my customers isnt happy and am working to see her happy.
Please were have I gone wrong that you are telling me to confess that I am a thief or what

But using alternative moniker to say things that aren't true is a no no. Even hiding under it to insult a customer and acting all holy with the other

I honestly think you are right with what you have said. I buy from Nixanda and he has always been honest and straight forward.

I can see this issue is getting out of hand so I will like to put an end to it if possible. First of all, yes i had monikers I have created in the past which were for business purposes and not scam. Barnix, NixonBlast were among but if you observe they were never used to comment on my new thread for my bale business. All thesame, I apologise for making this escalate to this level and as for the Ladyinred who bought from me and said she didnt like her bale, please dont be offended and I promise to do something about it.

I want everyone to know that I do not have any intention to scam or steal from anybody. I am a marketer who takes advantage of any marketing opportunity that comes my way and as long as its a genuine product, I am ready to market it.

Please everyone who has lost trust and confidence in me as regards this business, I apologise from the dept of my heart and truthfully assure you all that I will ensure you get exartly what you ordered without any mistake again.

It's been about a week since I made my grievances known to u, I even suggested that u come and see the contents inside the bale for urself since u stay in abuja yet till now I haven't heard anything from u or ur business partner(I know u guys are not related) Jennifer.
Please stop telling people that u're doing something about my complaints because u and I know that it's not true, since u guys haven't bothered to communicate with me since I made my grievances known.
For those who want to go into this business, there are several places u can go physically in abuja, kano, kaduna, lagos and others to buy bales of used clothes without having to go through people like nix and Jennifer. If I had this info earlier, I wouldn't have wasted 81k on these guys.... But God dey sha.

Madam, I was on that whatsapp group when you came with the issue. You were offered a viable option to resolve the problem but you outrightly turned it down. I remember, in my concern, asking you in clear terms "madam, what exactly do you want done" expecting/encouraging you to come out and ask for a new bale, since that was clearly what you wanted. Then it would have been Nix's move, to give or not to give. But you kept on griping. It became unpleasant finally,

Otherwise, until then Nixanda remains the go-to marketer. I bought from them, and while I know nothing about these things, the person I bought for was reasonably ok with them.

Did you read the comments about how this Nixonblast Guy insults potential customers and hypes himself using other monikers like "deBarrister" and so on?

How he came out to initially deny he was not Nixonblast that was caught deceiving people on this same Nairaland about some car deal or admission in the UK? Before his badoo profile where he bears "Nixonblast" was posted here?

How he came on this thread to say all the clothes in his Bale have tags on them and they are brand new which prompted a lot of customers to patronize him because of the quality he preached about. They paid highly for those goods simply because he said they were new (with tags) high quality UK first grade clothes?

How people paid very high amounts for these clothes expecting what they paid for and got Rags in return? Is that not Fraud and Deceit?

Then after people have paid the song he has been singing changed.

His case is already being investigated not just on Nairaland and very soon he will face the consequences of his actions if he fails to confess and repent.

Please can you qoute anywhere on this thread that I have used Nixonblast to comment or hype myself.
I had that thread way back while I was still in the UK and I never used it to scam anyone. I was sending cars to Nigeria for sale and I ignored the thread because people kept commenting that it was scam so I didn't argue with anyone.
If you check my thread on auto section you will see the cars I posted there for sale which tells you I am still into the car business and I bring them from USA.

So please check from the beginning of this thread to the end and quote any post made by me to hype myself with Nixonblast or my other thread which was Barnix.

I only opened this Nixanda thread being that I was able to register the name Nixanda Enterprises with CAC in order to have a legitimate business dealings.

Anyone who isn't comfortable to do business with me, please you can just ignore me and buy from others. But those that still buy from me I assure you to focus more on a good and lasting business relationship.

The points raised in my previous comment which you quoted are the very important points that you should clarify one after the other instead of tellIng us about CAC!
