No sane govt will build a new refinery in Nigeria. So those that are hoping that Tyrant Buhari will build a new refinery for them to vandalize will be disappointed.
Could the locations (in the name of 'spreading the cheese') of the existing refineries be a stupid one in terms of transportation, security, cost, effectiveness, and time?

So, a dead man writes on twitter?!! Too bad. This is due to the poor education under our incompetent, clueless GEJ. #thingsmustchange

Anyway, can you fault ANY of his submissions?
Wake up from your slumber, you seriously think that Buhari knows anything about tweeter? He only has a handler that updates his tweet. Even GEJ has not the time for such. Besides, no serious minded fellow does all this tweeting nonsence.

Brazil Wins Nigeria Pact
AP
Published: March 14, 1984
RIO DE JANEIRO, March 13— Brazil has won an
international bidding contest to refine Nigerian oil this
year, the state oil company, Petrobras, announced
today.
The $1.2 billion agreement calls for Brazil to import
Nigerian crude and return refined gasoline, jet fuel and
diesel oil to Nigeria, a Petrobras spokesman said. He
added that the accord would allow Brazil to reduce its
idle refining capacity and earn a margin of profit.
Brazil imports about two-thirds of the one million
barrels of oil it consumes daily, mostly from the Middle
East. It buys 10,000 barrels daily from Nigeria.

Tell him that he signed agreement that allowed Nigeria for the first time to export crude which was refined in Brazil and was subsequently imported for local consumption in March 15, 1984.

It is indeed pathetic, when GEJites claim reduction of fuel scarcity and one of GEJ's achievement

REMOVAL OF FUEL SCARCITY - GEJ'S ACHIEVEMENT

How can one such blatant lie as an achievement when it is on record there is has never been 3months without one form of scarcity or the other in different parts of the country

Hidden truth!!

An Igbo man had no child,no money,no home and a blind mother. He prayed to God, and God moved by his prayers, told him 2 make only 1 wish which will b granted! The Igbo man prayed thus: God,I want my mother to see my wife putting Diamond bangleson my children's hands in our new mansion! Then God said, Damn! I still have a lot to learn from these Igbo people.

My own guess is that the importation of Fuel (including diesel and kerosine) alone accounts for up to 10% of our foreign exchange demand. Stopping importation of fuel alone can add up to 10% to the value of the Naira.

You can't afford a better phone to type correctly, you even had to post it twice and you're here defending a poverty recycling govt. SMH for your life.

Your poverty till 2019 but for me #ihavedecided

To your comment: OBJ's govt secured debt relief for Nigeria Okonjo claimed it on her CV as the finance minister despite Soludo's claim that she knew nothing about the grand scheme that brought about the debt relief. Soludo even said that a better relief agreement could have been secured by a rookie economist.

Do you get it now.

I actually checked this thing of Nigeria being 6th or 7th largest producer of crude oil in the world via the internet and found that it is true sha.

Cos i normally think its a lie, cos since I've been born thirty something years ago till now, we suffer like we don't have anything. I used to think its part of political propaganda.
