Ikoyi's Awolowo road, Race course etc
Surulere- Adeniran Ogunsanya,Eric Moore,Bode Thomas Adelabu, Olufemi, Ogulana drive from 2009 there abouts (after reelection)
Kudirat Abiola Way, Awolowo way construction to it's present state was during Fashola's regime

All major road construction were done under the Fashola lead administration.

LASTMA, LAWMA, LAMATA, KAI effectiveness were all during the Fashola lead administration.

Remember the term "JEUN SOKE KO JEUN SAPO" used to describe Tinubu in the early 00's.

You should know all these, you live in Lagos!

Only ones verifed are (meaning Fashola did not reconstruct the road till date):

1. Lawanson-Ojuelegba-Yaba JB project year 2000 thereabouts: comprehensive project dualisation etc


Fashola's work on the same roads you just listed

1. Ojuelegba- Yaba 2014 ( after reconstrcting Tejuosho)

2. Adeola Odeku same office of Hitech right? Fashola worked on that road- 2006 thereabouts

3. Lasu - Iba road.......Igando, Iba, Iyana Sash resisdents please verify when that road was repaired.

4. Fashola did the Epe expressway

5. Adetokunbo Ademola (I remember always searching alternate routes then will be back with exact year)


Ones I am not sure of:

I am not a fan of Fashola even though I voted him in 2007 but then again he "changed" Lagos from where "Jeun Sapo" left it. But then again he could have done so much more and his second term is such a big anticlimax especially for someone who started strong.


PS: All these claims and counter claims can be verified by May since he will obviously want to publicise a list of his achievements.

Looks like you are not reading your links well before posting them, the one about OPC clearly stated that the police couldn't control the crisis yet you blame Tinubu, is he supposed to deploy the army too since he is the chief security officer

As if it was a singular event and not the regular blood bath. I don't expect a Tinubu disciple to be objective. Do you know how man riots occurred in lagos over those two years?

A decent governor like Lam Adesina or Makarfi would have summoned the leadership of the OPC, at least made a press statement within hours condemning the violence, roused the commissioner of police instantly like a leader should have. We know how efficient Tinubu was when Obj witheld Lagos LG funds.

Against the back drop of all the mayhem and violence in Lagos is the Tinubu "Factor". One thing we know is that this Yoruba leader has come out openly or indirectly to condone the murderous rage of the OPC in the past. We know too that Bola Tinubu himself has refused to accept the  OPC's complicity to these crimes. He not only exonerate the OPC but offers suggestion as to who might be responsible. The question is if the governor is so certain of his claims why hasn't he encouraged the arrest of these persons? Or is  it because those he is trying to single out are actually members of the OPC, an organization he supports?

Obiagelli - Are you aware that after all the bloodletting against non-yorubas in lagos starting from 1999 your Tinubu under the guise of the State Public Defender office got hundreds of OPC killers and arsonists released in Juky 2001? Tinubu demonstrated the same animal behaviour when he and his stooge lai mohammed asked that Boko Haram be granted amnesty.
