Nigerians has the most horrible accent in the world. Ghana and South Africa sounds good.

While Ghanaians and Zimbabwean's may generally speak the English language with accents that are easiest understood by listeners born in North America or the UK, there are huge differences in demonstrated linguistic skill just within the educated population of each non-Western nation.

Oxford educated late rebel leader Odumegwu Ojukwu, his 1960's Biafran wartime nemesis Yakubu Gowon, and of course the inimitable Wole Soyinka are all recognized as consumate orators whose impeccable spoken English could hold western audiences spellbound, and yet, from within the same nation of Nigeria, there exist in public life quite a few complete and utter buffoons, best left un-named, who speak with such tribally intoned accents as to render themselves completely unintelligible to all audiences beyond their respective ethnic villages.
