Are you sure you guys read the OP? If you did, you should have noted the second paragraph:

"Trial judge, Justice James Tsoho had earlier in the week, granted an interim order, restraining AIT and NTA from further broadcast of the said documentary pending the hearing and determination of the suit."

The coming together of AIT and NTA could be likened to the marriage of strange bedfellows considering their canterkerous past.. I never knew that this two will some day find a common front for compromise..

Even if he is clean. An enemy can paint you bad with anything and most times you cannot do anything about it after the damage has been done. I personally think there should be the same documentary about Jonathan on TV stations supporting APC lets see wht would happen. I dont know why PDP is playing politics too dirty.

Just check how many cases have gone AGAINST the federal executive arm of government, electoral & otherwise, to confirm. Unlike under OBJ.
The judiciary in the 36 states are LESS independent in reality though.
