Even if he is clean. An enemy can paint you bad with anything and most times you cannot do anything about it after the damage has been done. Just check how many cases have gone AGAINST the federal executive arm of government, electoral & otherwise, to confirm. Unlike under OBJ.
The judiciary in the 36 states are LESS independent in reality though.
