Senior U.S. District Judge Charles Butler sentenced Adrian Chike Okakpu,
25, to two years in prison and gave Okwudili Umenyiora, 26, 18 months.
Both get credit for the months they've been jailed since their arrests
last summer.

The men, both from the Atlanta area, must make restitution totaling
$131,867 and face likely deportation after completing their sentences.
According to U.S. Postal Inspection Service investigators, the men stole
commercial checks from various companies and altered the payee line. They
then recruited people, including two from Mobile, to cash the checks and
give the money to them in cashier's checks. The total they tried to steal
exceeded $400,000, according to court documents.

Over the past two weeks I've seen a number of posts celebrating the children of politicians and how they throw federal and state resources around, Abacha's wife and daughter and now another criminal.

It's becoming apparent that many of you are extremely damaged individuals.

You can say he is pompous, shows up his assets, but he is a smart guy. Eg, His Team of Police men have to drive behind him while he is jogging on the road, blocking entire traffic even till today. We worked extensively on a couple of projects with Chika (MTECH) some 5yrs ago.

Their mom Chinelo soon remarried Jerry Chukwueke, who we know as Germaine motors
Their dad also married & started a new family. The boys were kind of left to their own devices and pretty much raised themselves with both parents busy with their new spouses & children. They fell into the wrong crowd & started fraud Osi was lucky. Football saved him.
