This is not new jare, I see this almost every month around my area in Kwara state.
E don tey, since i was a kid my Dad dey show me this kind of unusual circle around the moon....

You people should spare this man jare.
The man is old and the expectations are too high.

Alhamdulillah, I thought I am the only one I notice this.
The weather was cool with no sunshine here in Abuja. Also since the day before yesterday there has been unusual hammattan here.
As a muslim it is on the festival day that we usually cool weather.
This is the sign of good days ahead.
What we need to do now is to assist our amiable general with Prayers.

I can attest to this... I saw it also on Wednesday @ about 8pm here in Abeokuta, Ogun State. I called my peeps And I was like the world is about to end oooo... Mum was like 'allahu akbar, allahu akbar' gimme phone let me call imam if he can explain this. .. . Dad was like " yes! Even God loves buhari, this is part of change.. .

Yes we saw it in my area ijebu ode Ogun state, but it was around 6PM. Everybody was so surprise seen such thin in the sky.
