Sir, since we've established that Bsc (ed) would start from foundation, I feel pinkiepetite wouldn't need up to that amount (except if she intends to register for tutorial whose fee is exclusive of ICAN standard fee).
By my estimation,

Total exemption fee (for 3 courses)....25900

Hello Friend,

Most of the estimation I gave here include tutorial fee and cost of material. As a students or corper even working class. Of what benefit for you to know the amount to pay ICAN and eventually don't budget for that money you need to pass. Don't forget my primary aim of open this thread is to ensure that we have more chartered accountant in Nigeria. Not that to have more ICAN students.

Or is there something I'm missing out? I will really appreciate your breakdown, special emphasis on exception fee breakdown.

You will be exempted in quantitative techniques and business finance. You will write 3 papers in foundation, 6 papers in skill and 5 papers in final stage.

@isobayor, hello sir. Am an accounting student who just concluded his ND last year september. Presently am planning to go for a training on E. Accounting which comprise of sage accounting, peachtree etc. Which will lasted for three weeks. Sir, after this E. Accounting i want to go for the course called Project Management professional (PMP). By doing all this i lntend to proceed for my degree or HND then start writing ICAN exams when i ave my degree.. I shld ave started writing ICAN exam frm ATS 3 but due to financial constrain because am the one sponsoring myself. Sir what is ur suggestion or advices on this plan of mine. I intend to do this E. Accounting and PMP of a thing because i want to add value to myself and my CV before i venture into HND or degree which wil be on part time basis.

Hello Brother,

You got a nice plan Writing ICAN during service is the best. Because your study knowledge is still fresh. the first thing you need to do is to make sure you get your results and Transcripts on time as this is part of requirement for studentship. Register with an ICAN tutor centre and start reading and preparing much earlier.
For the fee,I will want you to have a budget of 120k for the first diet. This will cover your cost for registration and preparation.
