Open my document now and find out The Sponsorship Letter from KAKAWA DISCOUNT HOUSE with the. 374,659.51$ deposit and my SOP are missing...

Is it that they deliberately held the two forms back or probably got It misplaced when they are processing my application?

Just kinda confused as to why other documents could be returned( GTB SOA inclusive) and those two are not.
Thank You.
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by hayqinsbFX: 2:43pm On Apr 14, 2015
Canadian embassy verify documents that I'm 100percent sure of.
Maybe they tried verifying the kakawa discount house and either found it difficult verifying, couldn't verify it or didn't feel too comfortable about it.

Maybe he sud try liquidate some amount as he has full access to it and pump his SOA..
Or just get another sponsor..
Financial issues I feel are d next thing u want to see after you've bnn delayed.

My dear, you need to read more. You can get Temporary Resident Visa(TRV) for any degree. You just need to justify your application to the Visa Officer. If you have a BSc. already, don't apply for a Diploma: Its like when you have a BSc. from Unilag, then you go and apply for OND Yabatech...It doesn't make much sense to me not to talk of to a VO. If you want to apply for a TRV with a Diploma and you have a BSc already, you must be able to convince the VO beyond reasonable doubt that it is worth it. Like if you have a BSc in Accounting (general Course)you can apply for a Diploma in a Specialized Section of Accounting like Auditing. It will show the VO that you have a career path and you want to Specialize in that area and you are focused.

I hope I have convinced you and not confuse you.

@yregs thanks so much, its well understood.
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by slimmy2000: 3:11pm On Apr 14, 2015
Haustraliah:

It wont affect only if you had indicated some changes on your new application.
Convince the VO on your home ties, asset, purpose of visit (purpose of visit i.e is your current course tally with previous? or with your work experience after graduation, i think your CV should solve that} some change field of studies based on their current occupation, so they feel like taking new path, its ok.
You may choose any route, your profile is on their data base, it dose not make any changes or add more chances, its your choice.
Moreover, your scholarship will only give u an edge on financial aspect. it dose not guarantee VISA.
Best to do is a proper assignment and make proper changes on your new application, make no mistakes.
If applied 10 times without amendment or proper changes from previous application, application may still be refused.
So take time on your application, save money, effort time, and strength
Good luck.
@ Haustraliah, thanks for the advise. the only reason they gave then was insufficient fund may be because, I just guessed,my hubby was the only sponsor.

on this new app, the program is for minimum of 12mths residence and max 24mths, meaning I cld finish the program btw 12mths and 24mths, what do you advise I put on the 'length of study' column?
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by hayqinsbFX: 3:19pm On Apr 14, 2015

Am not saying whether they verify the account or not, am just thinking maybe those two documents didn't get to the Officer that handle my application.
But by the way, what the VO should be after if simply an Availability of Cash. Where it is deposited or kept is not their problem. There is nothing like Maybe They didn't feel comfortable with where one chose to keep his /her money as far as the money is available OR they couldn't verify if someone is having a Money with Kakawa discount House or not.

Am simply asking if anyone has gotten his/her application package back from VHS ( either Successful or not) and realised one or two documents are missing and not if they are able to verify, not willing to verify or finding difficulty to verify.
Thank You.

@waledarep
It getting there or not is not an issue I think.
They all got there. (where could it have gotten fallen off)
The documents bn missing to me just tells you where your application encountered a snag. It myt be a good news and you have to work on that aspect.

Hello house! Good afternoon. I am being told by someone that if your biological parents dont contribute to sponsoring you, (cash or land) you won't be given a student visa. I don't think thats correct but can anyone comment on this issue and if possible, list individuals who qualify as soonsors. Thank you guys.

Waledarep:
Good morning house,
I will be applying via the Paper route on Tuesday and intend to submit the following documents :
FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS:
1. My Brother(Sponsor) statement of account from GTB with an opening balance of #3,455,841.77 on 10/09/14 and Closing balance of #981,946.76 on 04/02/14.
Sponsorship letter from my brother bank, Kakawa Discount showing the value of his investment to be US$374,659.41 which indication that he has full access to his money
3. Letter of Sponsorship declaration from my brother
4. Deposit teller of $150 payment made for the confirmation of my admission through the Royal Bank of Canada by my immediate elder brother staying in Ontario.

Please all the Gurus in the house and all those who have chop TRVs before now, am I good to go?
Any Addition or Subtraction Please?

Waledarep, How come you didn't put information about your sponsor's employment. You have to show VOs how you get money. That is the only thing that is missing in your documents. Get your sponsor to provide you with his employment letter, 4 months Payslips alongside his SOA. His closing balance doesn't matter, but he should state that he has dedicated the amount required for your study in his investment and he is capable of paying all your bills. Did u state that you are working?

It's really a funny matter indeed to be sincere.
The Sponsorship letter from my brother and the 3 References that are also addressed to the Embassy were returned back.
Am just being curious about knowing the actual Loophole so I can know the Right way to tackle the stuff when I REFIRE.

I am not sure. But it could be a way to very that both sponsors are in agreement. If that's the case, that would be the only feasible way to go about it.

Waledarep, I will advise you to get another letter from Kakawa if you are very sure the investment is real(No offence please), and prepare your SOP again, but get your brother's Payslip, employment letter and Letter of intro from his employer and refire. It could be that the Kakawa letter got misplaced while they were trying to put your documents together. I believe the reason for ur delay is because they cant trace the source of your sponsor's money which is vey important. If you check CIC website, it is stated that you must add your Payslip and employment details or that of the person providing you funding. That is why people add CAC documents and business transaction documents for people doing business. You must show that you got the money in your acct legitimately. I wish you the best.

@hayqinsbFX, it is stated thus: minimum of 12mths, Maximum of 24mths. to be completed latest by August 31 2017. this variably means that one can complete it in 12mths or stress it till 24mths. just confused of the mths to write. i have intention of putting 12mths or 16mths so as to reduce cost of study. the scholarship that i was given covers a yr full tuition, while if one doesn't complete in tht 1 yr, then i will have to pay continuous fee of abt $1300 per term

check your school website first to know how they require payment.
then, you can visit your bank and tell them you need a Form A.
they will give you the form A which is used to make invisible payments-international medical bills, utility bills, i.e any payment outside the country for things you cannot handle (intangibles).
you will fund your account (naira) and give them the school details i.e assuming your school takes transfers.
The bank makes the transfer on your behalf at their official rate

House, I want to ask if I can submit land survey document as my landed property or do I wait for Certificate of occupancy which takes forever?

@ waledarep, the documents are not missing or did not fall off anywhere, they simply removed and kept for confirmation of your info in case you re apply in the nearest future. moreover, they have right to withhold any document submitted for visa processing cos they belong to them. could you state their exact reason(s) for the delay?quote author=Waledarep post=32715830]

@waledarep...
From your application, you depended majorly on the kakawa discount thing.
And that is a unique kind of evidence of financial capability that we are aware of.
I'll best advise you try to liquidate anything you have there and put It in the account.

It shows the VO didn't feel comfortable with it as evidence of financial capability.
Moviing round the kakawa discount thing myt yield the same result as they withheld it for futre references.
