This question has been answered before. Just submit as much as possible document that you can lay your hands on quickly. Namely: 1 the purchase receipt, 2. The land sale agreement 3 The survey. The CofO takes a long time to get, you cannot wait for that. You may however start processing now (CofO) for future benefits and use. It secures the land, you can use it to get a bank loan, visa for a relation. I pray u have no reason to refire (amen). Best wishes. Cheers herkenorlar: |

busayo21:Hmm...you shouldn't have waited till the 11th hour. What you are about doing is dicey, don't know what your personal reasons are. Will advice you leave for Canada this month before May, where the problem lies is at YYZ airport where they will issue you Study permit, will advice you fast and pray hard and as well be smart when you get there, once they issue you the study permit, extension of your study permit can be only be done with the help of your school's international office...Goodluck. 1 Like |

Hello house, I'm new here. I have an offer for a post graduate certificate in GIS-Geospatial management at Niagara College. I studied Urban and regional planning and my cgpa was 2.70, so I'm planning to go for this course before moving on to do my masters. My major concern now is the visa application and the financial statement. My parents are both retired but my mum collects 106k per month and my dad collects 135k per month as pension. My mum is presently into trading and my dad is into agriculture. We already have about 1.3 million in my mum's account but only 100k in my dad's account. The tuition is 3.4 million and my maternal uncle who is a businessman wants to help but we're trying to avoid money lodgement issue and we don't have much time to start building the savings because I plan to apply latest by first week of may as the course starts by september 9. Please I would need as much advise as I can get cos I'm very worried about it right now and I'm seriously losing sleep. Thanks |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by tnuola(f): 3:28am On Apr 15, 2015 |
@dbabba You don't need to lodge money anywhere, your uncle can simply be your sponsor or cosponsor. |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by dbabba: 3:47am On Apr 15, 2015 |
tnuola: Thanks. I spoke to my uncle and he said it might be a problem to use his account cos I've never had any transaction with his account before. Though he's not sure but we are trying to find out every necessary details so that the application is not refused as there's little time for re-applying and I really pray to do the course this year |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by tnuola(f): 3:52am On Apr 15, 2015 |
dbabba: You don't need to have any transaction history with his account for him to be your sponsor. |

After getting it from lawyers, guess i can take it to a court right? Or can i go straight to court to get it. Am tryna doing it for my sponsor cos he is always busy. Wt do u guys think? |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by akanni(m): 5:48am On Apr 15, 2015 |
Anugoson:His TRV is still valid till June so he is still ok though going earlier as suggested is better. He should make sure he has his current admission letter, evidence to prove he has the funds or has paid his fees. Then, he can buy a one-way ticket as desired, not compulsory to do a return since the course is more than a year. |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by dbabba: 5:53am On Apr 15, 2015 |
tnuola: Thanks a lot. What documents do you suggest i should get in order to prove my relationship with him. |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by tnuola(f): 7:27am On Apr 15, 2015 |
dbabba: Since he's your uncle from your maternal side , you can show ur mum's birth certificate, with her maiden name, that's if her maiden name and his surname are same. If not, you'll both just have to state it that he's ur uncle ie. In his sponsorship letter, affidavit of sponsorship and you in your sop 1 Like |

Waledarep:Did you address those Dox to their embassy? If the name and address of the embassy is on the Dox, there is tendency of retaining such document. It's no biggie. |
