pls a friend of mine using BlackBerry z10 STL100 - 3 has a problem using is 10.3 on his fone. he has updated the fone to both 10.3.1.2072 and 10.3.2.2262. but after updating the fone and install the normal apps, the fone will wipe itself anytime u switch it on or it restart. pls what is d problem and has any one experience this?

Keep my z10 on top for some minute
And it will cool off

You should hear "Screen reader off".
 
Then, go to your Settings > Accessibility > Screen Reader and disable it competely.

Did you mean you can receive calls?
Does the screen come on when receiving d calls?
How do u answer calls?


If by receiving calls you mean calls come in
But u can't answer it because of ur blank screen
Then I will say ur screen is dead u need to replace it

Running 10.3.1.2726 on Passport.
From personal experience, all glitches reported from previous versions were killed by RIM on this version.

-No Notification volume problem (no one notice so far)
-Android app run like native BB apps (tho' restricted all my android app to those from Amazon store only)
