Its a shame people like T A orji are allowed to still contest and win senatorial election. I thought it was time for a change in Abia yet the godsons are already carrying their patrons legacy.
I wish Buhari sues Orji.

If Buhari has no reason to sue Orji I don't understand why he should. Buhari is not some Father Christmas that saves people from stupid decisions and it is high time people start living with the consequences of their actions, it is the only way people will ever learn. When the rest of Nigeria is progressing and they are still playing petty and myopic politics in Abia and complaining about PDP then maybe it might sink in. Again; hopefully he performs. We all want Nigeria to develp afterall.

#Practice what you preach bro

I hope people are beginning to understand that much of the resistance to Okezie was never about PDP, but about a deep-seated hatred some people have developed for the Ngwa. I do not want to caution them, because I want them to expose their true nature to the world. . . .'Ngwa are cursed forever, they are fools, they are the most worthless people, scum'. . .name it, and it has been directed at the Ngwa.
They see nothing wrong in their disposition as they truly believe that the Ngwa is only suited for derision, and would tell anyone that cares to listen. Orji Kalu boasted that an Ngwa would not rule Abia for the next 50 years, and part of the reason he forced TA Orji on Abia was to spite the Ngwa, who believed they should have produced the next governor. I do not want to go into detail, but the Ngwa desperately sought this governorship because their so-called fellow Igbos had systematically schemed them out of everything in Abia state. It pains me as an Igbo man to say this.

That is one BIG problem on our hand. Intra-tribal hate and bigotry. Why can't the Ngwa man be seen as an Igboman first? I was astonished when I saw it. It is a big shame my brother. This is unacceptable

i think your brain has to be fixed so that you can reason properly.... Did you see the result of the supplementary elections which showed that Otti won? This is a clearly a case of stolen mandate pepertrated by TA Orji, Ikpeazu, Olisa Metu, Abaribe and their criminal gangs. Majority of Abians voted for Otti, Ngwas or Non- Ngwas, else would how you explain that out of 17 LGAs, PDP got about 1/3 of their total votes in a single LGA (Obingwa - 81,000 votes) Would Obingwa have had a higher voter turn-out than Aba South/ North The courts should ensure that this heinous crime by PDP in Abia is severely punished and that Otti is declared winner

From your comment above, it'll be safe to assume you are not residing in Abia state or you are probably not conscious of the political structures existing in Abia state.
Obingwa alone gave the president over 60,000 votes during the presidential elections and it has the highest number of registered voters. You can imagine what it will do when one of the major aspirants is from there.

While I cannot guarantee 100% credibility, its never 100% anywhere in Nigeria, it is totally out of place to question how Obingwa can come up with such margin,.

the moment the incumbent governor, we were all made to believe was the worst governor in the world won a whole senatorial election, I knew abians like the chain on their neck place by T.A Orji. No one can rig a senatorial election to the point of winning, if he was not fairly popular.

Seems that you don't know about rigging. This type of rigging is done by writing the result sheet without any voting. Those that voted were just wasting their time.

you abi and are pathetic. All you know is come online and scream how much a waste the two orji's are yet you lot fail to exercise the power in your pvc. That's why I prefer the northerners and westerners. They act through their pvc. All the orji hating abians I know never voted for Otti yet they all cried about how deplorable abia state is.

You won't get change unless you fight for it. Even my abia friend rooting for Otti never voted for him. I'm sure Lalasticlala too didn't. Ngwa people have population to blindly vote in poser pdp and all you guys needed to do in order to checkmate them was to come out and vote in Otti en mass. And instead of doing that? There was low turnout of voters, even as the earlier poll showed pdp was winning.

You guys deserve the pathetic leadership you will get under the next 8 years of ikpeazu pdp and orji.
Goodluck.

I find it disappointing how this past election seemed to be nothing more than a display of the blinding effects of extreme chauvinism. I'm yet to understand how and why certain political camps could ignore PDP's 16 years of failure in our beloved Abia state and twist the entire election into an "Ngwa vs Non-Ngwa" affair.

I mean, I get the fact that southern Abia has been agitating for governorship for some time now, but is that the reason why we should ignore PDPs failures and sell ourselves back into the hands of rogues such as TA Orji and Orji Uzo Kalu, the very people who are responsible for our state's deplorable state? I don't know why people can't seem to reason that this "na my broda be dat" mentality will get us nowhere.

Since Ikpeazu is an Ngwa man (as was Alex Otti), all of a sudden the problems of Aba and the greater Ngwa people are going to be fixed? Upon all of the support and praise Goodluck Jonathan received from the East, can we name one single solid thing that he has done for us?

Ana ekwu nke ana ekwu abia sikwa na TA Orji arigorola okwa senator. Ihe a gbara m harii. undecided
bros, I've seen things, ask ques n made enquiries abt abia politicks. Truth be faced, these guys that av been ruling abia with failures, are they from ngwa? So its good an ngwa man try so we see what he can offer. I'm not frm abia but I hate marginalisation in all of its ramification. Its a pity d apc guy is not popular, I'd av preferred him cos of d detestation ppl have with pdp. This is fairness n for d records, nnamani failed did not mean sullivan chime 'll fail (and chime did not fail). So ppl should be supportive so that the next 4yrs we see his capability. Thanks

Majority of people in Abia wanted Dr Alex Otti but That Chief Thief After orji brainwashed Ngwa people by handpicking Okezie as his successor. But one thing i know is that he will face the consequences of been autocrat. The worst state in Nigeria is Abia state while Aba is the most dilapidated chief commercial town in Nigeria.
