Nothing increases the IQ thn signing up to do a completely new thing like learning a new language. By the time you cram thousands of vocabularies and tens of grammatical rules, your IQ will not remain the same again.

hmm. Op here's a different twist to ur question. Have u ever tried meditation? Do u know d benefit of meditation? Do u think its only for relaxation? Check or ask anybody who reasons faster and more logically and u will see that these persons like seclusion a lot. Dey like being at peace in mind. To gain higher intuition, u need inner peace. U can do every IQ enhancing test or exercise, u can read anything dat will blow ur mind. Its only temporary. The key is inner peace. Why not try this new dimension

Watch less of music channels and if u must watch tv stations like discovery world/science and series like the big bang theory should help. Do more of meditation and try to learn new stuff and research.

1. Read. Not only topics that relate to you but any books in general.

2. Follow websites that monitor all sorts of current affairs. i.e. politics, tech news etc.. Which is still a form of reading.

3. Learn another language. Buy rosetta stone, it's a software to learn languages. Or use Duolingo

4. Avoid nollywood movies at all costs

5.Try to always discuss with or keep smart people as friends. That includes some women too.

6.Never go six months without learning something new.

7.listen to good music. No wizkid, wiz khalifa et Al..

8. Exercise is good too. Running, weightlifting, etc..

9.Do some aptitude tests just to make sure you're there academically. Past gmat , gre or even job tests..

I will list certain things that can boast your IQ as a guy... take it seriously.

1 Women: I will say it again.... Women.... Women are the biggest IQ drainer for guyz. The part of the brain used for reasoning is also the part responsible for emotional feelings. For example: you can't have sex with a woman & read effectively that day. Women stress eat up the cerebral part of the brain. If you want to retained a good IQ n still be with women. Never have a particular girl you re dating... don't be indebted to any girl. just play around with girls n do you thing like a man. Do fool urself that u re in love...that kills the brain.

2. Surround yourself with serious kind of friends. Your friends have a lot of role to play in your life. If you decide to have a high profile IQ, then you need find friends with such so it can be diffused to you. If you mingle with loww IQ friends, you will keep on declining because they got nothing to offer....

3. Limit your access to social network. [/b]Social network has drained so many students down. It has done more harm than good... your are mainly carried aways by social issues that won't developed your brain or improve your thought. Example Tonto dike set her 3m bag ablaze. how does that affect my thinking faculty?

4. Eat good and nourish food. [/b]Food especially protein and vitamins nourish the brain and help it to function maximally.

[b]5. Your Background. Never let your family issues either good or bad to influence you negatively. Family issues always make us think hard which in most times affect our reasoning. So learn to handle problems associated with your background.

6. Money. My guy you need money in this present day to reason well. If you are idle, please find something doing to earn you money to move ahead. With that spirit you will begin to think and reason very well. You might even meet good friend in the process. Make sure the soure of money is genuine.

[b]7. You need God. [/b]Pray and commit it unto God. God is the only true source of wisdom and understanding. Seek Him first and all things shall be added unto you including wisdom and knowledge. Amend your ways and seek God in prays...

If you can adopt these few points... my guy, your memory will bounce back and your IQ go high pass electric pole....
