It is fufu made from cauliflower a vegetable that's almost like broccoli except it is white/cream in color.

I blended it and used to with little mashed potato to make the fufu.

Did you blend the cauliflower fresh or did you dry before blending, and if you did blend fresh was it after boiling or rather raw??

The mashed potato was to make it easier to hold and mould while eating. Even though it can't possible be as easy as when you're eating your normal fufu.
I blended it raw and fresh.

Lol, it's only traditional to use ground meat with pasta. Kids won't have it any other way. It's quite chewy & tasty though.
