Brekkie!

Homemade pancakes, sausages, beef burgers, lettuce, cucumber slices, and bacon served with chocolate drinks and an orange juice for the little one.

Fruits: strawberries, oranges, avocados, and bananas, all counting towards our 5-a-day.

A slice of wholemeal brown bread, look-alike fried egg (no oil used &prepared with a non-stick pan) with a sprinkle of black pepper and salad cress, grapes, cucumber slices, ham, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and an orange.

do you know I checked it out, Brown bread is not that much healthier than white bread. Ditto with brown and white rice.
I gave up eating the brownies after that because they weren't my favorite. So no need punishing myself eating them while longing for the whities.
Just small quantity.

I know. But they are sooooooooooo tasty. Especially when hot and soft. Serve them with sardines / mackeral in sunflower / olive oil with a cup of coffee and some fried eggs, sausages....

yea. Very delicious and appropriate for those it was made for. We can't tell one Orile or Apapa molue or BRT conductor to eat a slice of wheat bread and some cucumbers. can we? cheesy

If my hubby can stop or let me say minimize the way he eats bread and soda, every other person can.
It was an addiction and I fought him like a tigress and won.
Bread, soda, chivita and co,pizza, our so called milo and ovaltine,name them.
I even started fasting and prayer.
Capachinnu abi what's d name. All the chocolates in this world,unless he didn't travel out. What!
Suicide mission!
Funny enough,my baby rejected all of them.
I never bothered giving him and it worked.
