Want to make some today but this time Efe style with spinach and the likes. Love plantain not a fan of the boiled version staying off deep fried food so bole grin

Its not easy baking yummy confectioneries and not 'tasting' it sha but if it is for family eating I try to opt out for the healthy recipes. I only indulge on the scrumptious types by buying slices outside now and then. Like once in 3 months, I visit the bakery for a chocolate ganache cake grin

Love anything plantain. Had a store I used to by chips by the dozen... I am sure they believed I resold it.

Used to by bunches to fry inside my freezer
