There is no excuse in this world why a patient would die in a hospital from hypoxic-related incident even if the patient presents with a restrictive disorder. All I see is gross negligence on the part of the hospital staff and the family of the deceased should sue them under torts for damages. It may not bring the dead back but it will prevent another victim from suffering the same fate.

It must be an Oxygen concentrator. I've witness such before. 2 terminal patients were lost within 15 mins. The 3rd was already even gasping before a mini generator was quickly powered

I've never seen a concentrator used for an adult.
It's usually in d children emergency or neonatal ward.
