Biafra offered the Eastern non Igbo groups more than Nigeria could ever have offered them.

All crude oil export pipelines are located in the ND
All crude oil exporting facilities are located in the ND

Only the moribund downstream pipelines meant to transport crude to the dead refineries tranverse through non-oil producing states. In the scheme of things. ... the pipelines being quoted are actually useless.

The viable future refineries shall be located in the ND. So the pipelines in question are useless both today and tomorrow.

This is a conjecture. Nigeria will not generate revenue by selling finished petroleum products in a long time. The revenue will still be from crude oil sales. When the refineries come back (not sure how soon) they will first strive to service the country first. So the lawmakers made an unreasonable change to that bill. No argument will hold water.

He presided over the issue as a deputy speaker, where was it stated that he supported the move.
