I have been trying for some days now to obtain a developer account on google play and I used my visa card to attempt paying the 25 dollars required. But i keep getting a message saying my payment was declined. I have tried updating my billing address which they required, but to no avail. Please has anyone done it successfully before? I need directions. Thanks. |

Simply register as a Google App developer and pay the required $25 fee.

Yes I know but to pay the fee is the problem I am talking about. My Visa card (Fidelity Bank) keeps getting declined by google. I'm wondering if anyone knows a solution to this. |
